Age Limits & Restrictions

Kidstopia is designed primarily for children aged 6 and under. However, older children are welcome to play alongside their younger siblings.

We prioritize the safety of all children, especially our tiniest adventurers. Disruptive children, particularly those over the age of 6, will be given a warning and, if necessary, asked to leave. First warnings will result in limited play area access, and a third incident will lead to removal from the premises without a refund.

Food and Session Usage

At this time, bringing outside food (full meals) into the facility during semi-private reserved sessions is prohibited. However, snacks, water/juice for kids, and outside coffee are allowed. Please note, we also offer fresh brewed coffee and Nitro Cold Brew on tap from a local roaster.

Our private play options are not intended for birthday parties or events. To book the facility for parties, please speak to a staff member about our weekend options or our weekday "Fiesta Fun Package"!

Adult to Child Ratio

Each Open Play spot is reserved for one adult and one child. You can add siblings at a 10% discount off your total reservation. All children must be accompanied by the same adult to receive this discount. Extra adults can be added during the booking process, with a limit of one extra adult.

Maximum Capacity
-
Open Play can accommodate up to 10 children per session. Extra adults may be added with a limit of 2 adults per child.

Family Play is designed for up to 6 children and allows up to 2 adults per child. This option is great for small group playdates.

Group Play can host up to 12 children and 20 adults. It's perfect for larger playdates or learning pods.
You can add extra children to both Family Play & Group Play at a cost of $15 per child.

Allotted Time / Cancellations / Refunds

Each session is allotted 2 hours of playtime and cannot exceed this duration.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your booking to receive credit towards a future date. We do not offer refunds, only credit. All last-minute cancellations (within 48 hours) or same-day cancellations are subject to a strict NO credit / NO refund policy. This includes passes & memberships.

If you or a member of your household have been exposed to COVID-19 in the 14 days leading up to your booking, whether symptomatic or not, we kindly ask you to stay home.

Please sign the waiver in advance.

Arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your booking. Our thorough cleaning and sanitizing procedures require approximately 40-45 minutes between sessions to ensure our facility is ready for your playtime.

Check-in at the reception desk and remember to practice social distancing while waiting.

Masks are optional during Open Play as of March 7, 2022. They have always been optional during Family & Group Play.

Upon arrival, all guests are required to wash or sanitize their hands at one of our sanitation stations before entering the play area. We recommend our automatic hand-washing station - kids love it!

Please remove shoes before entering the play area. Grip socks are required for both adults and children and can be purchased at our location.

Children aged 4-6 should not be left unsupervised in the play area for extended periods. Children aged 3 and under must be supervised at all times.

A staff member will alert you 10 minutes prior to the end of your session to ensure timely departures for our cleaning and disinfection processes.

The baby area is specifically for children under 22 months. Older children are not permitted in this area to ensure the safety and comfort of our youngest guests.

Before leaving, please place any toys that have been in your child's mouth in one of our designated "Yucky Buckets" located throughout the play area.
